Christmas Lion

This guy was made for the MICA Art market which took place not even 2 weeks ago. He is about 2.5 feet tall, and made entirely from scrap cardboard, bottles and newspapers covered in paper mache and painted with some acrylic paint I had lying around. (Santa had not included)

A Christmas Swan

Here is a porcelain swan I made this past semester. When I was little, my mom had a collection of porcelain swans (from her grandmother I think). Since my brothers and I did a swell job of destroying them when we were children, this is my Christmas present to her this year.

Depths of Dreams

24" x 11" Prismacolor.

This piece sprang from my irrational fear of drowning. The creature is a mixture of (what i think to be) all of the most terrifying things in the sea: This includes octopi, squid, sharks, and of course gulper eels. The figure seems to be scarcely escaping the monster. Too bad she's not paying any attention to the shark coming up on her left :O

Bam! Irony.

New Blog

I'm currently a junior Illustration Major (with concentrations in game arts and ceramics) at the Maryland Institute- College of Art in Baltimore, MD. I created this blog as a place to put my artwork and other creative shenanigans. Enjoy! :D
